A screen will then populate and give an ID and a Password.
Proceed send the ID and Password to us using the boxes below to begin the Remote Assistance Service.
This software DOES NOT INSTALL and the "Cancel" button can disconnect the computer at anytime. This means the customer can disconnect the service at anytime, but refunds will not be given.
